As a Christ-centred agency, we uphold transparency and integrity in how we handle your data.
What We Collect
Information you voluntarily provide: name, email, phone number, property interests, budget range, location preferences, buying timeline, purpose of purchase, referral source, and any enquiry notes. We also collect non-identifying website analytics (e.g., page views, device type) to improve site performance.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to your enquiry; provide personalised property recommendations; arrange property inspections or appraisals; refer your enquiry to a licensed partner agency in NSW, VIC or ACT where you have indicated interest in a property in those states (with your consent at the point of registration); and, where you have consented, send you pre-launch property updates and newsletters.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We may disclose your personal information to: (a) licensed partner real estate agencies in NSW, VIC or ACT where you have requested information about properties in those jurisdictions; (b) independent licensed professionals (e.g., conveyancers, mortgage brokers, financial advisors) where you specifically request a referral; and (c) service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., email platforms, customer relationship management tools), bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Overseas Disclosure
Some of our service providers (e.g., email and analytics platforms) may store data on servers located overseas, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure such providers comply with the APPs or substantially similar privacy protections.
Data Storage & Retention
Your information is stored securely using industry-standard safeguards. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law (typically up to 7 years for transactional records under tax and real estate record-keeping obligations), after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
Your Rights
You may, at any time: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations); withdraw consent for marketing communications; or opt out of future referrals. Making a Privacy Complaint
If you believe we have breached your privacy, please contact us in writing at admin@amssynergy.com. We will respond within 30 days.
